BITSAT 2020 Slot Booking Starts, Admit Card (Sep 13), Syllabus, Result & More

BITSAT 2020: Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani conducts BITSAT every year to provide admissions to all degree courses offered by BITS Pilani and its other campuses. After analyzing the current COVID-19 situation in the country, the officials have released the new exam dates of BITSAT 2020. BITSAT entrance test will be held from September 16 to 18 and 21 to 23, 2020. Candidates can book their slots on September 9 & 10 and download admit card from the official website from September 13 onwards.

BITSAT 2020: BITS Campus There are three campuses of BITs located in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. This year BITS Pilani has offered guaranteed admission to all the students who have obtained first ranks in their respective Class 12th board examinations. Candidates who have secured the first rank (Board topper) in PCM / PCB in their respective board are eligible for direct admissions.

BITSAT 2020 Exam Pattern BITSAT 2020 exam will be conducted by BITS in online mode (computer-based test). The exam pattern of BITSAT will assist the aspirants to know details about the marking scheme, duration of the exam, number of questions, and other information regarding the exam. The exam pattern as per the notification is tabulated below: Duration The duration of the exam will be three hours. Exam Mode The BITSAT 2020 will be held in the online mode only. Type of Question The question paper will contain multiple-choice questions (MCQ). Marking Scheme Three marks will be given for each right response. Negative Marking One mark will be deducted for the wrong answer. Part I: Physics 40 questions Part II: Chemistry 40 questions Part III: a) English Proficiency b) Logical Reasoning English Proficiency: 15 questions Logical Reasoning: 10 questions Part IV: Mathematics/Biology 45 questions Total 150 questions

BITSAT Exam Centres 2020 BITSAT 2020 entrance test will be conducted at 58 test cities across India and one abroad (Dubai). Candidates will have to choose their three preferred exam centres while filling the online application form. The exam centre will be allocated to the candidates as per their preference. CHECK THE BITSAT EXAM CENTRES HERE BITSAT 2020 Slot Booking BITSAT slot booking process is conducted by BITS, Pilani. The BITSAT slot booking process is based on a first-come-first-serve. Candidates are advised to book their exam slot for the upcoming exam within the specified time period. Candidates will be able to book their slots from the official website on September 9 & 10, 2020. If any candidate forgets to book the slot, the officials will allot slots as per their choice. Candidates who filled out the application form, can visit the official website and download their admit card. In order to download the admit card, candidates must have their Application Number and Password. The result will be published in two phases – One is the BITSAT score 2020 and the other is the iteration result which includes the waitlist and admit list. KNOW ABOUT BITSAT 2020 RESULT HERE BITSAT Cutoff 2020 The BITSAT cutoff is the minimum qualifying mark required by candidates to qualify for the further stages of the examination. The BITSAT score will be considered for admission to all campuses of BITS. Candidates will have to obtain more than equal to cutoff marks for seeking admissions. The officials of the examination will release the branch wise cut off marks. BITSAT 2020 Counselling & Seat Allotment BITS, Pilani is responsible to conduct BITSAT counselling and seat allotment process. Candidates will get their admissions through the counselling and seat allotment process. Candidates will have to pay the necessary registration fee to participate in the BITSAT 2020 Counselling and Seat Allotment. They also have to choose the preferred branches and institutes while registration.
